Government of Tajikistan

In Tajikistan government, the framework is based in the presidential republic. The members of Assembly of Representatives are appointed after having an election for a five years term. Whereas, three-fourths of National Assembly members are selected by the deputies of local representatives assembled and other are elected from administrative divisions.

Judicial Branch of the Tajikistan

The judicial branch of the Tajikistan government includes the Supreme Court which is the highest court of the state. A military court, economic court, and constitutional court are some other kinds. Tajikistan government 2018 includes the president who is Emomali Rahman from People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan and was appointed on 16 November 1994. The prime minister of the state is Kokhir Rasulzoda from the same party from whom President is and was elected on 23 November 2013 by the president.
