Government of Kuwait
If it was not for the Kuwait government, this country would have never made it to the list of the richest countries in the world. There are many occasions on which you feel like Kuwait government is actually a very strong and well-structured frame which works as a democratic state but also has the perks of operating through a parliamentary system. The Kuwait government is made up of a parliament which consists of different branches associated with different duties. These branches are the Legislative branch which is mostly the national assembly, then we have the executive branch which consists of the Prime minister and the final branch is the judicial branch which is the strongest branch of Kuwait government.
Government Branches of Kuwait
The Legislative branch’s members are selected for four years by the voting system and all the bills are passed through the legislative branch of the system. This branch of the government is supervised the constitutional court which can demolish the legislative branch at any time if they get suspicious of the activities going on in this particular branch. Then we have the judicial branch which is responsible for providing justice to the people of the country and to make sure that the law and rules are being followed in the country. It is an independent branch which has a court to supervise the respective branches. Finally, we have the executive branch. As of Kuwait government 2018, the Prime minister of Kuwait is Jaber Al-Mubarak. There is a ruling family trend in these Arab countries.
