Every state of the world compromises of some rules and regulations. So if you are planning to visit Qatar, then you just need to follow the Qatar Custom Rules. The moment you enter into the state first of all your hand baggage will be checked by the security before you are allowed to go to the baggage claim area. There are some prohibited things that visitors are not allowed to take them into the country according to the customs rules of Qatar. These include weapons, firearms or ammunition, alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, and pork products. These things will be taken, and you will not be given these back too. 

Qatar Import Custom Rules

The moment you will collect the checker baggage you will be permitted to exit the airport after fulfilling all the Qatar Custom Rules. Two custom channels will be given to you as a form. One will be in the red channel if you have ‘something to declare,’ in this list alcoholic beverages, transportation of restricted weapons, possession of illicit material, having more than 400 cigarettes, and containing more than the permitted limit of foreign currency will be included. The other green channel you can select if you have nothing to declare.

Qatar Customs & Revenue Department

According to the Qatar customs and revenue department, you may need to pay taxes on the items you take with you into the state. Moreover, Qatar Custom Rules must be followed if you want to enter or leave the country peacefully. If you do not follow the rules, then actions from the security of the state might take place.
