Government of Kenya
The Republic of Kenya got independence from the British colonialism in 1963. The autonomous and independent government was formed in Kenya. The Kenya government changed the state into a republic state in 1966, just three years after independence. The Kenya government system has been working quite well since then. The Republic of Kenya is a democratic country with a multiparty system. The meaning of a multiparty system is that Kenya government will be formed through the election in which people from different parties will compete against.

The central Kenya government is formulated by the presidential elections. The president in the Kenya government is the head of government and state. He also heads the defense forces in Kenya. In many other countries, presidents are the Commander-in-chief of their armed forces. The president holds the highest office in the country after which deputy president follows in the Kenya government.
How Kenya Government Work
The Kenya government is further administered through the ministries which are run by different ministers. The cabinet of ministers, in Kenya, is appointed by the President. The Kenya government can have a minimum of 11 ministries and maximum of 22 by law. The county in the Kenya government also has a certain degree of an autonomous body. The governor who is elected runs the county. This system is quite recent and has been successfully running right now. Before, the Kenya government was run through the central and provincial governments.
