On January 6th, we have the Slovakia public holiday of the Epiphany which is a Christian religious event such as Easter. Then on March 30th, we have the Good Friday on which families usually get together for the prayer and to break a feast together. After the occasion of Good Friday, we have the Easter Monday which is celebrated on the 2nd of April. It is the day which brings a lot of joyous moments to the table.

Then we have the Slovakia public holiday of Labor Day on May 1st just like everywhere else in the world. After which we have the day of victory celebrated on May 08th. This day is celebrated to mark the victory over fascism. Then on August 29th, we have the Slovakia public holiday and celebration of Uprising of Slovakia anniversary.
