Cameroon food has a mixture of taste of every African region, being centrally located in the region of Africa, the diverse ethnicity of people form the north, west, sought and east have brought a delicious mix to Cameroon food cuisine. Cameroon food has a varied taste partly due the colonization periods of Germany and later French people, where the colonists brought their food variety with them. Cameroon food specialties are famous all over the world. They have a unique taste that differentiates Cameroon food from the rest of world’s food. Amongst the popular ones are Sanga, which is a mix of maize palmnut nectar and cassava leaves, Mbanga soup, Ndole, it is a spicy dish of stew made from bitter leaf, meat, shrimp, and peanut paste. Also, Brochettes is a famous dish of kebabs made from the goat meat, chicken or beef.
