Kyrgyzstan Export Custom Rules

But if you still have the urge to export such a valuable item, you need to write an application so that a permit be granted to you by the Ministry of Culture. As for the pets, the export of birds from turkey or the pigeons is not allowed while the export of cats and dogs is allowed if you have medical proof of their regular vaccination.
