Malaysia is a federation of 13 states and three of them are federal territories. Malaysia Government officially the Federal Government of Malaysia based in the federal territories of Kuala Lumpur. The Federal Government of Malaysia’s Chief of State is King Muhammad V of Kelantan and Head of Government is Prime Minister Mohamed Najib bin Abdul Najib Razak.

Branches of The Malaysia Government

There are three branches of the Malaysia Government, the Legislative Branch, the Executive Branch, and the Judicial Branch. These three branches of government are independent of each other’s but holds the similar expanse of responsibilities The Legislative Branch the House of Parliament is consist of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the Executive Branch ran by the Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers, And the Judicial Branch is headed by the Chief Justice (the Lord President) and followed by the Court of Appeal (the President Heads) and two High Courts.
