North Korea is located on the Korean peninsula. It has a varying topography. Its landscape has all the features which make it a good place to visit. It has a river, the mountains and 80% of its land is covered with forestation which makes it a lush green country. People around the world believe in the fact that there are grave human rights violations happening in North Korea including scientific experiments on humans. The portrayal of North Korea in the media is very poor and is based on poor research. Though North Korea is a closed country with heavy secrecy, it is still visited by many people each year. There aren’t many North Korea international airports. People know less about North Korea but the general information like North Korea international airport, food, culture, and other general things are known around. 

North Korea International Airport in Pyongyang

North Korea international airport is in Pyongyang which is the capital of North Korea. There is only North Korea international airport which makes it difficult for visitors to fly to any other city other than Pyongyang. To fly to North Korea international airport, there are only two airlines. Air China and Air Koryo are two international airlines flying in and out of North Korea. North Korea international airport welcomes Chinese airline since China has a friendly relationship with the country as a neighbour as well. There is another North Korea airport which isn’t international which is called Mirim Airport. It is a small airport also used as an airbase.
