According to famous linguistics all around the world there are almost 500 different languages in Nigeria that are spoken by the people living there. English is spoken by 80 percent of the population living there which makes it the national language in Nigeria. Apart from English some other languages are spoken in Nigeria which is

All of these languages are spoken by the majority of people living there. English has been deeply embedded in the roots of Nigeria because of the British colonial rule back in 2003. English language in Nigeria is mostly spoken by the people living in the urban areas of the country.
