Rwanda custom rules also apply to all soaps and cosmetics containing mercury. They also prohibit certain agricultural chemicals, HCH, Heptachlor, and many others. Restricted goods under Rwanda custom rules include arms and ammunition specified under chapter 93 of the Customs Nomenclature.
